Our Matcha is a high quality, single origin tea from Mie Prefecture, Japan. The tea leaves are grown under shade to enhance the concentration of theanine and aroma, following traditional Japanese cultivation methods.

Matcha is a finely ground green tea powder with a vibrant color and a rich, umami flavor. Hojicha is roasted green tea, naturally low in caffeine, with a smooth, nutty taste. Both come from the same tea plant and share similar nutritional values, though Hojicha contains significantly less caffeine, offering a gentler experience.

Matcha should be stored in an airtight container, away from light, heat, and moisture, preferably in the refrigerator. Hojicha can be stored in a cool, dry place, sealed tightly to preserve its aroma and flavor.
