Shipping

We ship within Israel. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Free shipping on orders over 200₪. Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order ships.

Returns

We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at hello@barmatcha.com with your order number. Food products that have been opened cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@barmatcha.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve it immediately.
